I noticed your check in time stops at 18:00. I have transport booked that may get me there a little past 18:00 (if there are delays). Is this ok?

Yes it is ok,, for check in after 18:00 we send to our guest all the information to enter the flat and take their room!

The only thing that keeps me from booking your apartment is the "non-refundable". It seems the vast majority of rentals have a cancellation policy. I don't have any reason to believe that I would cancel, but I don't feel comfortable with the non-refundabl

Hi, I am planning to check in on 16th November, however I also have a day trip planned for Cinque Terra for the same day. Is it possible I drop my luggage at around 7 am in the morning on 16th and then actually take the room around 8-9 PM in the evening?

Hi, yes it's possible, we'll send you a code to use for the keypad that you'll find outside the building and you could enter into the flat to leave your luggage. For the evening there is not problem, you can come back at time you prefer! Thank you

Great!
The location was great, beautiful walk along the river to the main centre. Room was modern and clean, the host was good for early check ins too. Our air con wouldn’t go below 24 degrees which wasn’t cool enough, the host allowed us to turn it down so we was more comfortable and gave us a fan.

What would you highlight about Al Consolato
Great apartment very close to train station and water.
Beautiful unique room. Large room and high ceilings. Great shower and comfy beds. Helpful, welcoming staff who let us check in very early and had our room ready and gave bottles of water. Very helpful and responsive on messages.
Building works outside window so may need ear plugs (provided by host). This didn’t bother us. Room had great shutters so was dark and we slept well.

Great stay at Al Consolato
The room was finished to a high standard. The host was very welcoming and helpful. It was only a short walk to the main attractions.
Windows were not double glazed so it was a little noisy at times. Earplugs were provided
